Who Is Stuart Sievwright?
Who is Stuart Sievwright?
I am originally from a small town on the west coast of Scotland. Although I also spent part of my childhood living in Italy. I’ve had a previous career in the British Army where I spent most of my time as a Physical training instructor (PTI). I’ve served in many different countries including the Middle East and Europe. I left the Army in 2014, and moved to Bristol to study Physiotherapy at UWE.
I Qualified in August 2018 with honors from Bristol UWE and have started working in a rotational role in the public sector and currently I am in an outpatients musculoskeletal setting. I also specialise in soft tissue treatment as a sports massage therapist for the last 3 years at The Physio Crew. I have seen many people who have transformed their life through soft tissue treatment, improving there mobility and helping them discover a life without pain.
I also have keen interests in football where I captain a local football team. I have recently taken up CrossFit and love it. CrossFit is very good for improving all energy systems. I also enjoy taking up different endurance challenges which in the past have included a 100km ultra marathon on the Jurassic coast. My latest challenge is a 50km ultramarathon across Dartmoor.
