Leave with a clear plan of areas to work on and a plan based on scientific testing.

We use a handheld dynamometer to give accurate strength tests and offer advice on a rounded training plan to help reduce the risk of injury.

We usually then book in a review for 4-6 weeks to see if you have made improvements on our suggested plan.
